Market Updates @ 12 PM -
The 30-share BSE Sensex increased 15.92 points at 25246.28 and the 50-share NSE nifty fell two points to 7729.05. The market traded in line with benchmark indices with the BSE midcap and smallcap indices slithering 0.11 and 0.15 percent, respectively.
Nifty50 rollovers at 31%:
Overall, marketwide rollovers stood at 29 per cent on D-3 against 26 percent average seen in the past three F&O series. Marketwide futures open interest stood at Rs 84,900 crore. On the Other hand ,Nifty future rollovers, stood at 31 percent on the D-3, which is in line with the average rollovers seen in last 3 series.
Among the sectors, banking (35 percent), FMCG and pharma (30 percent each) have witnessed moderately good rollovers compared with the other sectors on D-3”
